New construction on Dona Aminado Street

in Kropyvnytskyi (stage I of the construction site)

The construction object is “New construction of Dona Aminado Street in Kropyvnytskyi (Stage 1 of the construction object)”.

The design was carried out at the stage – Project. According to the approved feasibility study, the construction of the street is planned in two stages. The project presents the Stage 1 of construction.

The construction site is located at PK 0+00.0 – PK 4+40.0. The length is 440 m.

A 2×1.5 m overflow pipe and a bridge across the Ingul River are planned to be installed on this site. The bridge has a total length of 193.70 m.

The beginning of the project site is located at PK 0+00.0 and adjoins Bobrynetskyi Shlyakh street.

The end of the project site is located at PK 4+40.0.

After construction work, the street will have the following characteristics:

  • number of traffic lanes – 2 lanes;
  • width of the traffic lane – 3.00 m;
  • width of the carriageway – 6.0 m;
  • width of the safety strip – 2 x 0.50 m;
  • width of the sidewalk – 2.25 m;
  • width of the bicycle path with two-way traffic – 3.0 m;
  • estimated speed – 60 km/h;
  • minimum radius of the curve in the plan – 125 m;

Main technical indicators of the longitudinal profile:

  • the largest longitudinal slope – 41‰;
  • the smallest radius of vertical curves:

convex – 2500 m;

concave – 600 m.

To drain water from the carriageway, the project provides for the installation of a storm sewer and two treatment facilities. To pass water under the road, at the beginning of the project section, it is planned to install a culvert d = 2×1.5m.

The project provides for the construction of a new bridge with the following main parameters:

  • prefabricated monolithic temperature-continuous span structure according to the scheme 4×24.0 + 4×24.0 m;
  • intermediate supports – reinforced concrete columnar on a pile foundation;
  • end supports – pile single-row poured reinforced concrete;
  • total bridge length – 193.7 m;
  • bridge structures are designed for the following loads: self-weight of structures, soil pressure of the embankment, temporary from rolling stock – A15 and NK-100, temporary from pedestrians (as a vertically evenly distributed 0.4 t / m2), wind, temperature and climatic.
