Major repairs of the bridge at km 26+294 of the highway
Overhaul of the bridge at km 26+294 of the state-owned highway T-21-04 Kharkiv – Vovchansk – checkpoint “Chugunivka”, Kharkiv region.
The detailed design provides for the construction of a new bridge using existing piles.
In the longitudinal profile of the bridge, it is located on a concave curve with a decrease in elevation from the beginning to the end of the bridge.
The main parameters of the bridge after overhaul:
- prefabricated monolithic temperature-continuous span structure according to the scheme 3×12.0 m;
- piers – piled, cast-in-place reinforced concrete;
- total bridge length – 37.42 m;
- bridge dimensions G-12.5+2×0.75 m;
- the bridge structures are designed for the following loads: self-weight of structures, temporary loads from pedestrians (as a vertically evenly distributed 0.4 t/m2), wind, temperature and climatic loads; design temporary load from rolling stock: A-15, NK-100.
The detailed design also provides for:
1) installation of new monolithic parking lots on a pile foundation made of driven piles, using new and existing piles, installation of cabinet walls and openings;
2) installation of new, prefabricated reinforced concrete prestressed I-beams of the span structure;
3) installation of a monolithic slab of the carriageway, hmin=220 mm;
4) installation of a carriageway with a total width of 12.5 m, consisting of three lanes, each 3.5 m wide and safety strips on each side of 1.0 m;
5) installation of monolithic service passages, 0.75 m wide;
6) installation of galvanized railings and barrier fences;
7) installation of asphalt concrete two-layer bridge covering and covering of service passages with a protective wear-resistant coating;
9) installation of expansion joints on the piers with an elastomeric non-load-bearing compensator fixed in a special angular profile;
10) installation of elements connecting the bridge with the approaches (transition plates, landings);
11) reinforcement of the slopes of the cones with monolithic concrete;
12) installation of a drainage collector.
