Kyyanka River
Reconstruction of the bridge at km 148+721 of the public highway of state importance R-69 Kyiv-Vyshgorod-Desna-Chernihiv, Chernihiv region
The area of work is located in the village of Kyinka, Chernihiv region, at km 148+721 of the highway R-69 Kyiv – Vyshgorod – Desna – Chernihiv.
The detailed design provides for the construction of a new bridge with the following main parameters:
- prefabricated monolithic span structure according to the scheme 1×12.0 m;
- supports – single-row pile-free reinforced concrete;
- total bridge length – 12.7 m;
- the bridge structures are designed for the following loads: self-weight of structures, soil pressure of the embankment, temporary from rolling stock – A15 and NK-100, temporary from pedestrians (as a vertical evenly distributed 0.4 t/m2), wind, temperature and climatic.
In the longitudinal profile of the bridge, it is located on a straight section with a slope of 0‰. In the plan, the bridge is located on a curve with a radius of 200 m.
The detailed design provided for:
1) the arrangement of a carriageway with a total width of 8.7 m, consisting of two lanes, each 3.5 m wide as for a category III road passing through a settlement with a speed limit of 50 km/h, safety strips on each side of 0.5 m and a spread on each side of 0.35 m;
2) arrangement of sidewalks on each side, 1.8 m wide.
The estimated service life according to DBN V.1.2-14:2018 and DBN V.2.3-22:2009 is 80 years.
The bridge has a total length of 12.7 m. The bridge scheme is sectional 1×12 m. The dimensions of the structure are G8.7+2×1.8 m. The span structure of the bridge consists of trapezoidal beams 12 m long, 0.6 m high. In the cross section of the bridge, 11 beams with distances in the axes of 1.2 m are installed, united by a monolithic slab with a height of at least 0.2 m. The supports are double-row non-cast reinforced concrete piles. The supporting parts are rubber-metal.
