Main responsibilities:
- We will show, explain, and teach a profession that is always relevant.

- Knowledge specialized programs for designing highways - AutoCad/Brixcad will be an advantage

The success of any project depends on high-quality and accurate calculations. Therefore, we are looking for an engineer who will ensure maximum accuracy when calculating static and dynamic loads on man-made structures.
What we expect from a candidate:- Higher education in the field of construction, knowledge of structural mechanics and strength of materials.
- Experience in calculating building structures.
- Proficiency in at least one FEM program (Lira, Midas, other).
- Deep understanding of structural mechanics, theory of elasticity, strength of materials and dynamics of structures.
- Understanding of design standards (DBN, DSTU, SNiP).
- Ability to analyze calculation results.
- Knowledge of bridge structures.
- Presence of a qualification certificate of the responsible contractor.
- Ability to create calculation models of complex structures, check structures for dynamic loads, fatigue strength and the impact of seismic effects.
- Desire to implement new methods of calculation and optimization of structures.
- Perform calculations of load-bearing structures for static and dynamic loads.
- Optimization of structures based on the calculations performed, taking into account the economic feasibility and manufacturability of production.
- As part of the project group for performing calculations of structures.
- Consulting and checking calculations performed by others engineers.
- Responsibility for the creation, updating and support of the "Calculation Database".

We are actively expanding our capabilities in the field of BIM design and are looking for a specialist who will help optimize and improve our processes, unite the team's work into a single BIM environment, and teach employees how to use the technology most effectively.
What we expect from a candidate:- Higher education in construction, architecture, or engineering.
- Experience in BIM coordination.
- In-depth knowledge of BIM programs.
- Understanding of design standards (DBN, DSTU, SNiP).
- Experience in collision analysis and coordination of models of different disciplines.
- Debugging skills BIM environments.
- Willingness to train the team and help it adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to analyze various programs for working with reinforced concrete and metal structures and select the optimal set of software for the company.
- Implementation of BIM technologies in the company: setting up workflows, structuring data, ensuring standardization.
- Training the team to work in the BIM environment and consulting.
- Choosing the optimal software for various tasks (design of reinforced concrete, metal structures, etc.).
- Coordination of BIM models (architectural, structural and engineering sections).
- Audit and detection of collisions in compiled BIM models, elimination of inconsistencies.
- Synchronization of work and effective data exchange between departments.
- Organization of interaction between all project participants.
- Ensuring compliance of BIM models with project standards and norms.
